Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while orders to EU countries may take 5-8 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping to Germany and Austria on orders over €79. For deliveries to other EU countries, we contribute towards the shipping costs on orders over €79, so only a reduced shipping fee will be charged.

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
