Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
Where multiple goods ordered as part of one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the electronic withdrawal function available on our website or the model withdrawal form provided below. Use of the model form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
This applies in particular to planners that have been personalized with initials at your request.
This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights where a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrectly personalized or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
