We currently ship to all EU countries. International shipping outside the EU is planned. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping to Germany and Austria on orders over €79. For deliveries to other EU countries, we contribute towards the shipping costs on orders over €79, so only a reduced shipping fee will be charged.
Austria: 2-4 business days | Germany: 2-4 business days | EU: 3-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 business days in non-peak periods. For orders containing monogrammed items, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.
No — and that's a conscious decision. The Organized Muse Planners are crafted from premium vegan leather: crocodile-embossed or classic leather look on the outside, with a smooth vegan suede-look lining on the inside. Entirely animal-free, without any compromise on quality or feel.
Almost — but not identically, and that's part of what makes it yours. Vegan leather with embossed texturing can show natural variation in pattern depth, surface sheen, and grain direction from piece to piece. Additionally, some finishing details, including edge stitching and interior assembly, are completed by hand, which means minor variation is inherent to the craft, not a flaw.
Each planner is individually inspected before it ships. What arrives will always meet our quality standard. It simply may carry its own subtle character.
Yes. We offer personalization with up to two initials, embossed by hand into the soft lining on the right inside of your planner. You'll find a reference photo on each product page.
Font and size: Times New Roman, 6 mm.
Personalization is included in the price of your planner at no additional cost. Please note that personalized planners cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Yes. All Organized Muse refills and accessories are pre-punched to fit every Organized Muse A5 6-ring planner. The system is built to grow with you.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your planner — unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Personalized planners cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. The only exception is if your planner arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage. In that case, we will of course make it right.
